BEING AI / SALES BEING

Keep your next sales enquiry moving

Sales Being helps service businesses organise incoming enquiries, prepare relevant reply drafts and keep the next action visible. Your team stays in control of customer messages, pricing and delivery promises.

We start with one workflow, assess the tools and information it needs, and agree how the pilot will be reviewed before deployment.

Managed setup and ongoing improvement, scoped to your process.

THE EVERYDAY GAP

Give each enquiry an owner and a next step

An enquiry arrives while your team is delivering client work. Someone needs to understand the request, check what has already been discussed and decide who should respond. A first reply goes out, but the next action can still disappear between the inbox and the sales record.

Sales Being is designed to support that sequence. Start with inbound enquiry triage and first follow up, then assess whether a wider role is justified by the results.

  • Organise the request and flag missing information
  • Assemble relevant context from approved sources
  • Prepare a reply or follow up draft for review
  • Keep agreed sales records and next actions current
  • Surface enquiries that are overdue, unclear or need a decision

A BOUNDED WORKFLOW

From incoming request to reviewed follow up

01

Receive the enquiry

An approved source, such as an inbox or enquiry form, supplies the request. The pilot defines which enquiries are eligible and how duplicates are handled.

02

Understand the context

Sales Being uses your qualification rules and approved business information to organise the request and identify what is missing. Unclear information is flagged for review.

03

Prepare the response

Your sales owner receives a draft with a suggested next step. Questions about price, contract terms, delivery dates or unusual commitments stay with an authorised person.

04

Keep work visible

The agreed workflow records the next action and its owner. Exceptions and overdue work are brought back to the team according to the rules set for the pilot.

FICTIONAL EXAMPLE

See an example enquiry

Illustrative example using fictional information. This is a workflow demonstration, not a customer result or a claim about a live integration.

Incoming enquiry

“We need a new website for our consultancy. Can you send a price and confirm whether it could be ready in six weeks?”

Enquiry summary

Website project for a consultancy. Scope and decision process are unknown. The prospect has requested a price and a delivery commitment, both requiring owner review.

Proposed reply

“Thanks for getting in touch. Could you share your current website, the main changes you need and whether the content is ready? That will help us scope the work and assess your six week target before we propose a price and timeline.”

Next action

Sales owner reviews the draft and decides what to send. Record the follow up owner and due date using the team's agreed process.

Review boundary

No price or delivery date is confirmed by the draft. If the enquiry already exists, the agreed duplicate handling rule applies rather than starting a second conversation.

What if the same enquiry arrives twice?

Illustrative review case: flag the possible duplicate for the sales owner and apply the agreed duplicate-handling rule. Do not start a second conversation or send a second follow up. The owner decides which record and conversation should be used.

START WHERE IT HELPS

Decide whether this is a useful first workflow

This can be a good fit when enquiries arrive regularly, follow up involves repeatable steps and someone on your team can review the work. It is particularly relevant when the owner or a small sales team is also responsible for delivery.

Start with a simpler change when enquiry volume is very low, nobody owns the sales process or your existing CRM already handles the problem well. A clear assignment rule or reminder may be enough. Diagnosis should establish whether a managed AI workflow adds value.

MEASURE BEFORE EXPANDING

Prove the value before expanding

The pilot starts with a baseline and agreed success measures. We review hands on handling time, draft quality, follow up completion and exceptions. Time waiting for approval is measured separately so faster drafting does not hide a slow handoff.

Commercial outcomes matter too. Qualified conversations and won work can be tracked where there is enough volume and a suitable comparison. A short pilot with few enquiries may establish operational improvement without establishing a reliable sales uplift.

After diagnosis, your proposal sets out the workflow, integration needs, responsibilities, approval points, measures, timeline and quotation. Fees depend on scope, data preparation, integrations and ongoing management.

CLEAR EXPECTATIONS

Questions before you begin

Can you work with our existing tools?

We assess your inbox, CRM and enquiry sources during diagnosis. Feasibility depends on available interfaces, permissions, security requirements and vendor limits. A specific connection is confirmed in the pilot scope.

Will replies be sent automatically?

The initial workflow prepares messages for review. Any permitted sending behaviour must be explicitly defined in the agreed scope. Pricing, commitments and exceptional cases remain subject to the agreed approval boundaries.

What happens when information is missing?

The workflow flags the gap and prepares a question or routes the enquiry to its owner. It should not fill missing business facts with guesses.

How quickly can we start?

Timing depends on the clarity of the workflow and the readiness of the tools and data. We provide a timeline after diagnosis.

Does this replace our salesperson?

Your team owns the relationship, qualification judgment and commercial decisions. Sales Being supports the repeatable preparation and record keeping around that work.
