Intellectual property and confidentiality
The Being AI brand, site design and original content belong to Being AI or the relevant rights holder. Project deliverables, third-party material, client data and confidentiality are governed by the signed agreement; no rights are granted unless expressly stated.
Availability and liability
The website is provided as available and may change or pause. To the extent permitted by law, Being AI excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on website information; service liability allocation and limits are governed by the signed agreement.
Links, changes and governing law
Third-party links are controlled by their owners. Updates will be posted here. The service agreement identifies the contracting provider, applicable law and dispute-resolution arrangements.
